"It has been about a year since I purchased a motorcycle from your dealership. I run a larger car dealership in Cincinnati and I can say that I was pleasantly surprised by the knowledge of your staff. Brad was honest and gave me the info I needed (since I knew absolutely nothing about motorcycles). He helped me pick a bike that would suit me, and I must say that I am now looking into upgrading, and even though I have people tugging at my arm to buy a Harley, I think my next purchase will again come from CCM, for the simple fact that I know I won't be "oversold" and will be taken care of down the road! The parts guy actually let me buy a helmet with roses on it, (which caught me grief and laughs from everyone in the neighborhood including my wife) but was quick to exchange it two days later with a smile!"

"I am very lucky to live down the road from such a nice dealership. I'm a dirtbiker and I can't say enough great things about them. The CCM guys not only sell dirt bikes, but they also ride them. I can go in there anytime and have a nice conversation with someone about my obsession. :) They have a good variety of gear and parts on the walls, not to mention a great variety of bikes. I look for CCM to continue growing and being a top seller in the tri-state. I strongly suggest visiting their store if you haven't been."

"I just took my bike up for an oil change a few weeks ago, I didnt call ahead for an oil change. Dave and his friendly co-workers had it done in about 25 minutes. While I was waiting, a leather jacket caught my eye. I decided to get it, and while they were ringing me up, the guy said "hey, I think we have a coupon for $25 any purchase over $80"....little things like that have made CCM my dealership for all my 2 wheel needs. "Where do I start. I buy alot of bikes and drive past three dealers just to get to CCM. Dave the service Manager is always pleasant to talk to and runs a Tight ship. His son Brad is in Sales and knows his stuff. The best part is if Brad or Dave don't know the answer he goes to find out. I have called Brad many times to get a question answered and he always calls back. Dave once told me " Anyone can own a motorcycle dealership" We have to strive daily to make it a great dealership" I believe they live by that moto everyday which is why I drive past several dealers every time to get the great service and atmosphere I get at CCM. I bought a new 2008 yamaha Raider in Jan of 2008. I asked Dave if he could get a bunch of stuff chromed on it because it was winter here in ohio. He trailered my bike 100 miles away to a company that specializes in Chrome. He picked it up for me 100 miles away as well. Thats service you just can't get anywhere but CCM. I had a bearing go out on one of my motorcycles and was stuck on the side of the road. I called Dave. He sent a driver with trailer out to get me and my bike. Dave Ordered the parts, had his driver drive me 40 minutes away home. I had my bike back in three days. Need an oil change? Just call ahead and ride up.. The local dealer wants you to leave it for a week or two.. Thats what makes CCM A GREAT DEALERSHIP!!! Not Just the sale, but the after the sale service. Its well worth the drive to CCM I Guarantee it.."

"I purchased a Kawasaki Vulcan Classic 1500 a year ago. I had a rear tire replaced and service had me in and out quickly. I purchased from the salesperson, Brandon, I believe. The bike has performed better than expected. One thing I would like to see stressed to buyers is the importance of a safety training course. I will tell you from personal experience it saved me three times in a year, not including deer. I felt compelled to contact you due to the weekend trip took me past your business. "I have been riding for over 30 years and have not found a dealership like CCM. They bring back the past and put the customer first. I took my 11 year old son in to look at dirt bikes and the staff treated him with the same respect they had given me. We both now have new bikes and could not be more pleased with the service from all the staff. CCM staff are ready to help with parts, financing, or service. They make you feel welcome and you don't leave thinking they did you a favor ordering something.
