"I am very lucky to live down the road from such a nice dealership. I'm a dirtbiker and I can't say enough great things about them. The CCM guys not only sell dirt bikes, but they also ride them. I can go in there anytime and have a nice conversation with someone about my obsession. :) They have a good variety of gear and parts on the walls, not to mention a great variety of bikes. "I just took my bike up for an oil change a few weeks ago, I didnt call ahead for an oil change. Dave and his friendly co-workers had it done in about 25 minutes. While I was waiting, a leather jacket caught my eye. I decided to get it, and while they were ringing me up, the guy said "hey, I think we have a coupon for $25 any purchase over $80"....little things like that have made CCM my dealership for all my 2 wheel needs. "Where do I start. I buy alot of bikes and drive past three dealers just to get to CCM. Dave the service Manager is always pleasant to talk to and runs a Tight ship. His son Brad is in Sales and knows his stuff. The best part is if Brad or Dave don't know the answer he goes to find out. I have called Brad many times to get a question answered and he always calls back. Dave once told me " Anyone can own a motorcycle dealership" We have to strive daily to make it a great dealership" I believe they live by that moto everyday which is why I drive past several dealers every time to get the great service and atmosphere I get at CCM. I bought a new 2008 yamaha Raider in Jan of 2008. I asked Dave if he could get a bunch of stuff chromed on it because it was winter here in ohio. He trailered my bike 100 miles away to a company that specializes in Chrome. He picked it up for me 100 miles away as well. Thats service you just can't get anywhere but CCM. I had a bearing go out on one of my motorcycles and was stuck on the side of the road. I called Dave. He sent a driver with trailer out to get me and my bike. Dave Ordered the parts, had his driver drive me 40 minutes away home. I had my bike back in three days. Need an oil change? Just call ahead and ride up.. The local dealer wants you to leave it for a week or two.. Thats what makes CCM A GREAT DEALERSHIP!!! Not Just the sale, but the after the sale service. Its well worth the drive to CCM I Guarantee it.."

"I purchased a Kawasaki Vulcan Classic 1500 a year ago. I had a rear tire replaced and service had me in and out quickly.
I purchased from the salesperson, Brandon, I believe.
The bike has performed better than expected. One thing I would like to see stressed to buyers is the importance of a safety training course. I will tell you from personal experience it saved me three times in a year, not including deer.
I felt compelled to contact you due to the weekend trip took me past your business. I liked the old showroom, but with large window displays it may pull in more customers. It is good to see you are doing well.

"I have been riding for over 30 years and have not found a dealership like CCM. They bring back the past and put the customer first. I took my 11 year old son in to look at dirt bikes and the staff treated him with the same respect they had given me. We both now have new bikes and could not be more pleased with the service from all the staff. CCM staff are ready to help with parts, financing, or service. They make you feel welcome and you don't leave thinking they did you a favor ordering something. "I would like to thank the entire team at CCM for the support and service they have provided me. I have purchased 4 bikes from them, the latest 08 YZ250F and 08 Zuma. I live in Va. Bch, VA and glady make the drive, my job has me traveling through out the US and I visit every bike shop I can, and you will not find a dealer where the owners will greet you when you enter the store and shake your hand as you leave with your new ride. Jason thanks for all your support, the parts and service team keep us running on race weekends and know their bikes, and are only a phone call away if needed. Stop in and you will be glad you did as I did 3 years ago. You will not find a dealer that will meet all your riding needs. My son is proud to pull his bike up to the starting gate with TEAM CCM racing graphics as he waits for the gate to drop. You have given us memories to cherish, and many more to come as he continues his racing career. My daughter Brittany, got hooked on the Zuma after her first ride, she now takes her friends along and they leave with a big smiles as they head out for a cruise to the beach.

"MY buddy and myself visited your store again on friday afternoon becuase he needed some bearings for his YZ 250. I must say the service and sales were outstanding!
